An Integrated Healing System
The mission of Windmill Wellness Ranch is to improve the physical, spiritual and emotional health of the individual and their family through an integrated healing system of the latest technology including Brain Frequency™, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), intensive therapy, group support, nursing, and psychiatry.
Trauma often sits underneath a substance use disorder, so we treat it directly rather than leaving it for later. Alongside EMDR, our clinicians work with a full array of trauma-focused modalities, including Internal Family Systems, Frazier’s table work, sound healing, and CBT for trauma, so PTSD and trauma-related conditions are treated as part of the same plan rather than referred out.
That care is delivered on our 75-acre ranch in Canyon Lake, in the Texas Hill Country between San Antonio and Austin, where every part of the program sits on one campus rather than being scattered across referrals.

An integrated system means the pieces talk to each other. Nursing and psychiatry inform what happens in therapy. Assessment results inform what happens next week. Family work happens alongside individual work rather than after it.

We are on a 75-acre ranch in Canyon Lake, Texas, midway between Austin and San Antonio in the Texas Hill Country. The ranch is about an hour and a half from each city, so family can reach us easily from either direction.
